These amendments will help you better understand how our DM Software Products and Services work.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">You can find the updated Terms of Use and Terms of Sale at the bottom of this page.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">In summary<\/span><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">, please find below the main changes<\/span><\/p>\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<\/div>\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-element elementor-element-a3c5199 elementor-widget elementor-widget-text-editor\" data-id=\"a3c5199\" data-element_type=\"widget\" data-e-type=\"widget\" data-widget_type=\"text-editor.default\">\n\t\t\t\t<div class=\"elementor-widget-container\">\n\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t\t<ul><li aria-level=\"1\"><b>Specific additions and changes to the Terms of Use:<\/b><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-weight: 400;\">We have updated the list of our products and services to reflect the deletion of the ones we stopped providing and add the new ones launched or modified in 2024. We added some wording relating to the implementation of multifactor authentication to further strengthen cybersecurity. We have also expanded certain provisions to clarify the warranties applicable and the importation requirements for DM Hardware Products based on country-specific regulations, and the extent of DM\u2019s responsibility for all our DM Products and Services.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Specific additions and changes to the Terms of Use :<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>The list of our DM Products and Services has been updated to remove discontinued items and to include newly launched or modified offerings for 2025. We have updated the eligibility requirements for accessing and using our DM Software Products and Services. We have also added information regarding our AI systems to align with the new AI Act, which is progressively entering into force in Europe. In addition, we have clarified the conditions and requirements for using our Hardware Products, as well as the extent of DM\u2019s responsibilities in the context of API integrations with PMS service providers.<\/p><ul><li><strong>Specific additions and changes to the Privacy Policy:<\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>We have updated our Privacy Policy to clarify and further explain our existing data processing activities. We have also included additional information about our AI systems to align with the new AI Act, which is progressively entering into force in Europe.
