Update of our Terms of Sale (only for doctors) and our Terms of Use – Key additions and changes

On the 20th of November, 2024 we are updating our Terms of Sale and Terms of Use. These amendments will help you better understand how our DM Software Products and Services work.

In summary, please find below the main changes

  • Specific additions and changes to the Terms of Use:

We have updated the list of our products and services to reflect the deletion of the ones we stopped providing and add the new ones launched or modified in 2024. We added some wording relating to the implementation of multifactor authentication to further strengthen cybersecurity. We have reinforced the conditions of use of our products, notably due to their status as medical devices.

  • Specific additions and changes to the Terms of Sale:
  • We have added more details about the contractual process to start using DM Software Products and Services and about the payment terms.
  • We have updated the warranty policy as well as the return & refund policy to better understand the scope and process to comply with and have merged them into the Terms of Sale to make it easier to find them.
 
On the 20th of November 2024, you will be prompted to read and accept these two updated documents in the DM Platform or DM App. Accepting these are mandatory to continue using the DM Software Products and Services.
