Our proprietary AI (built by processing over half a billion photographs — creating the industry’s largest image database) can analyze, detect and report on 130 oral events using images taken with a smartphone. Simply put, our AI is an industry game-changer.

How our revolution began

Founded in 2014 by a team of industry professionals who believed so much in the vision of disruptive AI that they left other successful companies to build DentalMind.

Launched the DentalMonitoring platform protected by over 80 patents, becoming the first company to offer a remote monitoring solution for orthodontic treatments.

Developed the first DM ScanBox device and app, which provides the industry’s highest quality intra-oral images taken at home.

Surpassed 500 million patient photographs in our AI database, creating one of the industry’s largest databases.

Completed the opening of five global offices in Austin (U.S.) Paris (France), London (England), Sydney (Australia), and Hong Kong.

Completed third round of fundraising, backed by Vitruvian Partners for €45 million.

Launched Vision, the first and only ultra-realistic smile and appliance simulator that uses images of the patient’s real teeth.

Acquired Loum, “the digital assistant for patients and healthcare professionals.”
